Key features and specifications

  • Test modes: 90‑minute or 120‑minute discharge tests.
  • Supports multiple sensing circuits, with the option to expand further using linkable units to ensure compliance with relevant standards. Circuit sensing is required in many installations to ensure that emergency lighting is activated when the corresponding lighting circuit fails.
  • Standard DIN-rail switchboard/DB mounting or supplied complete with a DIN housing and contactor.
  • Complies with AS/NZS 2293.1 emergency lighting requirements required in the BCA

Installation and maintenance

Installation is straightforward — the timer mounts on a DIN rail inside the distribution board and is wired to the emergency lighting circuit and the corresponding lighting circuit.

Once installed, testing requires inserting the key and activating the timer. Multiple circuits can be supported, and additional units can be linked for larger installations.

Testing becomes predictable and manageable, with consistent start/stop procedures and selectable test durations.
