We’ve recently simplified our warranty coverage across product lines to make coverage clearer, fairer, and more consistent for customers.

One major improvement is how we cover combination fittings. Previously, products that combined general and emergency lighting in one fitting (such as an emergency batten) had split coverage—with each component receiving different warranty periods. Under our updated structure, any combined product receives the same length and type of coverage across the whole fitting.

Here is a quick summary of the updates:

• All networked & monitored lighting (e.g., DALI, One, and Lynk): 8 years return-to-base (RTB).

• All other emergency & general lighting, including Core & Basic: 5 years total coverage, with first 2 years eligible for on-site support.

• Accessories: Upgraded from a 1 year warranty to our standard 5-year warranty with the first 2 years eligible for on-site support.

• Legacy tiers: Products purchased under previous Advanced or Lite tiers will retain their original warranty terms at the time of purchase.

These updated terms apply to all qualifying products sold on or after July 1st 2026.
